Shipping & returns
All the products will be shipped from our Italian warehouse. Sartoriadilusso dispatches parcels anywhere in the world (the only exception is made for the countries that are not served by our couriers or where, according to the current legislation, the buyer is not allowed to import). Currently, Sartoriadilusso mainly dispatches its products via DHL and FedEx couriers. The company uses its discretion in choosing a particular company in each case according to the destination. We don't ship to Russia. All shipments are traceable and the signature of the addressee upon the delivery is mandatory. Please, note that couriers do not deliver to post-office boxes, personal mailboxes, or APO/FPO/DPO.
According to international laws regulating commerce and trade of imports and exports, all Sartoriadilusso orders are shipped out of Napoli, Italy, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in euros.
It is illegal to declare lower values or to request the purchased goods to be shipped as gifts.
For discounted products, the invoice will bear the discounted prices.
If the box looks tampered, the customer can either sign for the package with reservations, or reject the package. If any of these conditions are met, the customer must promptly open a claim with the local courier office and inform Sartoriadilusso customer care service.
Should the order not be delivered due to a lack of customer’s details (wrong telephone number or no one answering the phone, wrong address or an address where no one picks up the parcel, non-compliance with import regulations, recipient absent upon delivery) as per the Sartoriadilusso commercial agreement, the package might be abandoned at the destination without refund to the buyer.
All orders received within 12.00 am (Italian time - GMT +1) will be shipped on the same day from Monday to Friday. If you have placed an order at the weekend or a bank holiday (according to the Italian calendar), the parcel will be shipped on the first working day following the order date.
For the delivery, you can consider: • 1-2 business days to Italy (+1 day for Sicily and Sardinia) • 1-2 business days to the EU • 1-4 business days to the USA and Canada • 3-7 business days to the Extra EU countries
Upon shipping the order, customers can follow the status of their order directly on the control board in their personal profile or by using the tracking code on the courier website. The web page displayed will show up-to-date tracking information of your shipment.
Shipments with destinations outside the European Community are subject to import fees (DDU DELIVERY DUTIES UNPAID) based on the customer's home country regulations. Payment of these DDU fees is the sole competence and responsibility of the customer.
Product prices that are published on the Sartoriadilusso website reflect the actual retail price of the goods which will not include IMPORT FEES (based on the customer's home country regulation). The payment of these fees will be mandatory to release your order from customs on the arrival. Sartoriadilusso is unable to advise on the amount of the customs fees, we suggest you getting in touch with the customs office or a customs broker situated in your area.

If for any reason, the customer is not fully satisfied with the purchased goods, it is possible to return the unused item/s within 14 calendar days from the delivery date and receive the refund equal to the price paid for the returned item/s.
The shipping fees or the customs fee will not be refunded.
Customers cannot exchange the returned items with other products.
Under no circumstances will Sartoriadilusso accept returned products, whose condition is different from the original state. Please, don’t wear/wash/hire/process the item/s you want to return in any way. Sartoriadilusso kindly asks all customers to try on the purchased item/s with care, since all products with missing or damaged tags will be depreciated and/or considered as unfit for sale. The original box is an integral part of the item, and therefore it has to be intact and bear no signs or wear.
The return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. In case of free shipping, acual shipping charge will be deducted. The buyer is also responsible for the box containing the returned item until it is delivered to Sartoriadilusso’s warehouses. This means that Sartoriadilusso cannot be held responsible for possible loss or damage due to inadequate packaging, or delay in the delivery of the return.
The return request must be sent within 14 days of receiving the item using the return button in your customer account. If you are not registered you can use this link .
If a return does not comply even with just one of these conditions, Sartoriadilusso will reject the return. At a customer’s specific request, the item/s will be sent back at the customer’s expenses.
Discounted items can be returned likewise following the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions.
The return package must be received at our warehouses within 15 days after the date of the shipment, therefore we suggest using an express courier to ensure the speed of the delivery.
As soon as Sartoriadilusso receives the return, it will verify if all the above mentioned conditions have been satisfied: in case the return procedure was followed correctly, Sartoriadilusso will proceed with issuing the refund by credit card (if the customer paid by credit card), bank transfer (if they paid via bank transfer), PayPal (if they paid via PayPal).
Refunds will be issued in the same currency the customer used to pay for the products, and will be subjected to the fluctuations of the exchange rate. Otherwise, customers may also choose to receive a Store Credit, equal to the amount paid for the returned item, to use it to buy any items from the catalogue without an expiry date.
Concerning returns from Extra EU countries, shipping costs for the return of products and any other related amount such as local taxes, customs duties, import and/or customs clearance fees, which Sartoriadilusso will have to pay for receiving them, will be charged to the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
